Apparently not. Seems the risk of recurrence or new primary common form of British Columbia decrease, but increases the risk of a rare but aggressive. For most women, tamoxifen promotes the balance of probabilities. I wonder what exactly is not "aggressive" nature such as newspapers are usually lower.
